For your consideration, the Colt AR-15 semi-auto rifle chambered in .223 Remington. This Colt rifle is the SP1 Sporter Rifle, one of the earliest available AR-15 style rifles offered to the general public. There as some distinct features in this rifle that are similar to the AR-15 and also come features not available. This model has the M16 style carrying handle, with the rear sight aperture built in, something of note is the absence of the forward assist and shell deflector you know to be standard in later AR-15 style rifles. There is a sling attached, the original 3x sight from Colt with a duplex reticle, and we will send a period specific 20 round magazine with it, though one is not in the pictures, no magazine was with the rifle at purchase.
