Here we present an antique Brass Barrel Flintlock Pistol, made circa the late-18th Century. This is a medium-sized pistol has a massive .72 caliber bore, which would be a great deterrent to a “ne’er do well” looking at the barrel pointing at his chest. Engraved pommel cap and side plate. Ring atop the cock. Thumb plate on the back of the grip.
The overall condition is good. Patinated. The action is strong and throws a good spark. The bore is smooth and in great shape. The stock is solid though it shows use and has some short, stable splits.
