Description:
This sale offers an excellent condition Colt/Sauer Model 3000 Drilling combination gun. This gun, serial #G5795, was imported by Colt and manufactured by J.P. Sauer & Sohn in Germany. This Drilling features 25” solid rib barrels chambered for 2 ¾” 12 gauge and .30-06. The shotgun barrels are choked Full & Modified. The gun is engraved in the classic German style featuring a European stag on the right side of the receiver and deer on the left. It has a Greener style cross bolt, side safety, a barrel selector on the top tang and cocking indicators. It has a walnut stock with a white line Sauer & Sohn recoil pad with a LOP of 14 ½”.
