The Colt Gold Cup is known as the finest shooting semi-automatic in the world and is the standard for competitive guns. The first Colt Gold Cup pistol was introduced in the late 1950's to give competitive shooters a gun to take directly from the dealer's showcase to the firing line. Colt Gold Cup pistols have been used to compete in local club matches through the National Matches at Camp Perry. It features an Adjustable Wide Trigger, National Match Barrel, Adjustable Target Sights, and many other refinements as standard. During the firearm purchasing process at The Sporting Shoppe, our customers can cancel their order at any time prior to signing out the firearm in their name.
However, the following non-refundable fees apply:
6% Processing Fee (3% for initial transaction and 3% for refund transaction)
14% Restocking Fee
$35 Paperwork Withdrawal Fee (RI Residents)/ Return Shipping Fee (Out-of-State)
For Out-of-State purchases, a $35 Return Shipping Fee will be applied, and original shipping fee will not be refunded. All fees listed above still apply except the Paperwork Withdrawal Fee.
**Percentages above are based on the full transaction balance, regardless of customer’s initial deposit amount.
Firearms damaged in shipment will be refunded in their entirety.
*3-Day Inspection Period applies to all used inventory. Customer has 72-hours from firearm arrival at their FFL to inspect, and if there is an issue their FFL may contact us for a cancellation.
**3-Day Inspection is void once customer takes possession of the firearm, no refund will be returned.
Customers have the option to be refunded the difference onto a credit/debit card or opt for store credit to apply towards a future purchase.
No refunds will be given in cash at any time.
Once a firearm is signed for and released into the customer’s name, a cancellation is no longer applicable.
FIREARMS TRANSFER POLICY/ IN AND OUT FROM A DIFFERENT GUN DEALER
- $75 transfer fee per firearm for non-members, $45 transfer fee per firearm for members.
- No discounts for multiple transfers.
- All transfers not picked up within 30-days will accrue a $75 per month storage charge fee.
- We DO NOT transfer firearms out for guns not sold through us.
- Private party transfers are $75 per firearm for non-members and $45 per firearm for members.
