Description:
Winchester Model 70 Standard in caliber .243 Win., with a special order jewelled bolt (as normally seen on a Super Grade), and which is properly numbered to the receiver. It was made approximately 1963.
It remains in 99% original condition, has not been modified in any way, and shows little evidence of firing or handling. It may be unfired since leaving New Haven. This is very desirable configuration of this model, as only approximately 6,800 .243 Standards were made, and those with a special order feature would constitute only a small fraction of that.
