This is Star Firearms Super A chambered in 9mm Largo. Made is Spain from about 1905-1997 and used by the Spanish military. ET date proof stamped 1903. The 9mm Largo or 9x23 Largo chambering is very similar to .38 super (do not shooting .38 super in this pistol it is a high pressure round). This pistol according to our research was made and proof marked in 1951, post WWII (://star-firearms/firearms/numbering)(://modernfirearms). The barrel is approximately 4.8\" or 122mm long. It comes with 2 magazines and they hold 9 rounds each. The pistol has a trigger disconnect when the magazine is removed. There are 4 different proofs on this pistol. 1st is Spanish Military inspectors, 2nd is Dec 14th 1929 test proof, 3rd is July 9th 1931 test proof and the 4th is the date code proof (V) dating it at 1951. The frame, barrel and the slide have 015039 stamped. The barrel, frame and slide have a Spanish Military proof stamp.
