24" tapered octagon-to-round barrel, engraved "RIFLE BY STEPHEN HEILMANN".
Fully dark-streaked California English walnut stock with ebony forend tip, inletted swivel bases, classic wrap-around point-pattern checkering with mullered borders, steel pistol grip cap, classic comb with beaded cheekpiece, and solid black Decelerator recoil pad.
Left-hand Dakota 76 action with Model 70-type safety, 3-panel checkered bolt knob, and hinged straddle floorplate with release inside triggerguard. Swarovski Habicht 2.2-9x42mm Nova scope with 30mm tube and bold duplex reticle on Talley fixed rings fitted to Heilmann's custom sculptured bases.
