Description:
This is a nickel plated late transitional 1st model of the 1891 single shot target. It is mfg, without the cylinder flanges. It evolved from the earlier first models which used also a repeating cylinder. This info was given by S&W. Serial number is also in a different place. (21882) You will find it is way different that the regular run. The gun in good condtion retaining about 80% of its nickel. All wear appears to be thinning and not flaking. There is a sliver off of the left grip back which I did not notice to photograph. Otherwise the grips are very good. Barrel length 6".... $955.00 shipped to your C&R or FFL. The gun is overall very sound condition.
