MARLIN MODEL 39 all original early model made in late 1920s with 4-digit serial number: 9511. The blu finish is factory original in 99% condition including the case hardened receiver, factory front and rear open sights PLUS tang mounted peep sight made by either Marble's or Lyman, bright and glossy bore with very distinct rifling and very light frosting, 24" octagonal barrel, tube feed for .22 caliber standard velocity ammo. The lever action is as smooth as silk! The pistol grip walnut stock and forearm are in magnificent condition with factory original hard black butt plate.
