Very popular and interesting American made Savage Model 24V Series D combination rife.
It has a very popular .223 Rem round in the top barrel, easily the single most popular and verisital rife round. Everyone is aware of the massive popularity of the AR-15 and it's chambering.
The bottom is a 20 gauge shotgun. This combination allows you to go hunting with your choice of shot or slugs as well as the powerful .223 Rem on the top. You can flip the trigger to which ever load you want to shoot.
The stock is a beautiful Walnut Monte Carlo style in excellent condition. Also included is a mounted scope. It is a Tasco 3-9 x 32 but has the rail to accept your favorite scope or just use the iron sights. Some people feel this is an excellant "survival" type gun because of the unique combination of rifle and shotgun.
I recently shot it at a local range and then fully cleaned afterwards. All the metal is in very good shape as is the wood.
