Description:
Listed is a 1916 Enfield No1 Mk3 with Interrupter. With this date, it's quite possible that this rifle saw service during The Great War. Given the date, this must have been one of the last rifles produced with interrupter intact. Bore is very nice for this rifle. Shiny metal, distinct rifling.
Wed o not find an import stamp on this rifle; however,the name "England" is stamped under the safety. Chambered in .303 Britt, this rifle is found to have matching numbers. Magazine is included (not matching numbers) with purchase.
We received this rifle in as found condition, meaning we have not done any additional cleaning. It appears to have been in storage for some time. As some collectors prefer them in this condition while others appreciate items cleaned up, we have opted to leave this as received.
