Description:
This Colt Single Action Army revolver is chambered in .45 Long Colt. Date of Manufacture, 1928Embelished by noted engraver David Wade Harris. 75% of the surface features Harris' engraving which consists mostly of floral scrollwork on a punch dot background. Fan patterns decorate the recoil shield, loading gate, and top of the back strap. Backstrap features a checker and dot motif. Inlaid gold outline bordering the bottom of the frame, front edges of the cylinder, and around the rear and front portions of the barrel. Butt is signed "DW HARRIS". .45 Long Colt
