New Unfired Beautiful Colt "Proud to be an American" Tribute 45 ACP pistol. 5" barrel. The 1st Officially Licensed Colt Stainless Steel issued by America Remembers. Includes Optional Walnut, Glass display case. Colt issued these in a strictly limited edition of 500 units for Worldwide distribution. Excellent, as New Unfired condition. The brilliant 24kt Gold embellishments on the bead blasted and polished stainless are stunningly beautiful. It is not unusual to see these listed at the $3,000.00 price point range. Hard assets are becoming standard for future investments. If you are in the market for a Colt “Proud to be an American” tribute 1911 service pistol, this one would be impossible to upgrade.
