Description:
Serial #BO4668, .380 ACP, 2.5 inch barrel with an excellent bore. This is the Back Up model, semi-automatic pistol manufactured by AMT featuring an all metal frame, with a 1911 style grip safety and concealable friendly trench sight. Manufactured starting in the 1970's the Back Up model was a small, concealable semi-automatic self-defense pistol targeted initially toward the law enforcement community. In excellent condition this early example retains most, 95-97% of the original bright and matte stainless finishes with some use marks and scratches. The hardwood grips are in similar excellent condition. It comes with one original 5 round magazine, in the original two piece cardboard and foam lined box numbered to the gun with the original warranty paperwork. FFL
