Description:
Serial #97920, .22 LR, 27" heavy target barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a "WEST GERMANY"-marked rifle with 1972 proof dated barrel, and retains 98-99% of the original blue with only a few hints of fading at the muzzle and on the bolt. The rifle is equipped with scope blocks and the original target sights. The walnut thumbhole stock has an aluminum rail along the forend with adjustable metal hand-stop, factory stippling, and adjustable hooked butt. The hand-stop has a brown leather target sling installed on a single swivel. The wood is in fine shape with only small handling marks scattered about, as well as some mild flaking of the varnish along the edges of the raised cheek-piece. This is a splendid rimfire competition rifle, in excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
