QUALITY HARDWARE U. S. CARBINE M1 made in June, 1943 in .30 CARBINE caliber , 18" ROCK-OLA barrel, blade front sight with side protectors, adjustable aperture rear sight, factory original pale green finish in 99.5% condition PLUS bore that is flawless, bright and glossy! This rifle is a "first block" manufactured with serial number 1598602. The "first block" serial numbers ranged from 1550000 to 1662519 and made from February 1943 thru September 1943. About 1952, near the end of the Korean War, the Plainfield paratrooper stock was installed along with the old new stock military sling. I have 2 magazines: 30 rnd & 15 rnd. The rifle is remarkable to look at... perfect condition. A .30 caliber M1 carbine is a must for any military collection. The price is $2495 including UPS shipping to the FFL dealer near you.
