Remington Model 550-1 Semi - Auto .22 LR Rifle - Smooth one piece pistol grip style stock and forend. 24 In. long barrel. Tubular magazine can accept 22 Shorts, 17 Long and 15 LR capacity. Open adj. rear sight and a front bead sight. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 90% bluing. Bore is clean and bright. Stock and forend are in exceptional condition with minimal handling marks. Butt palte is in very good condition. New ejector shield. Overall condition is excellent for it's age. Rifle appears to have had limited use. This one was manufactured in Feb. 1953. Manufactured from 1946 to 1970. Very nice addition to any collection.
