For your consideration is a Russian SKS-45 chambered in 7.62x39mm. Developed in the final months of the Second World War by Sergei Simonov the SKS is often over-shadowed by the AK-47 when one thinks about Soviet arms during the Cold War. However, the SKS and its variants saw multiple conflicts throughout the years, gaining a reputation for its simple manual of arms, reliability and strong milled construction, as well gaining favor among the American market when they began being imported into the country. This particular example is in beautiful condition featuring a mirror bright bore. Whether you're a serious military arms collector or just looking for a fun plinker this firearm would make a fine addition to your collection. 7.62x39mm
