Description:
For your consideration is a Yugoslavian SKS M59/66 chambered in 7.62x39mm. Developed in the final months of the Second World War by Sergei Simonov the SKS is often over-shadowed by the AK-47 when one thinks about Soviet arms during the Cold War. However, the SKS and its variants saw multiple conflicts throughout the years, gaining a reputation for its simple manual of arms, reliability and strong milled construction, as well as gaining favor among the American market when they began being imported into the country. This particular rifle is the Yugoslavian version of the SKS and features some slight differences from its Russian counterpart, the most glaring difference being the muzzle brake at the end of the rifle used to launch grenades. This rifle has a nice bore and would make a great shooter. 7.62x39mm
