22 long (not long rifle), serial number 245XX. Mfg date 1887. Metal is mostly grey, thin blue in shaded areas. Overall sound mechanically. Buttstock wood sound, shows oil soaking. Correct guta percha buttplate. Minor chip in plate at toe. Bore is poor, moderately pitted. Forend refinished. Beaches front sight, missing parts. More photos on request.
