Description:
The left side of the barrel is marked "THE MARLIN FIREARMS CO. NORTH HAVEN, CT. U.S.A. / MODEL 45 — MICRO-GROOVE BARREL — CAL. 45 AUTO". The left side of the receiver is marked "09601076". The right side of the barrel is marked with Marlin's two-line warning. This rifle is mounted with a flat topped "U" notched rear elevator sight dovetailed into the barrel and a hooded post type high visibility red plastic sight dovetailed into a serrated ramped base screwed to the barrel. The top of the receiver is drilled, tapped and filled for scope mounts. The top of the receiver has a black matte finish. The stock is a one-piece birch done in a natural wood finish, smooth pistol grip and a red solid rubber recoil pad marked with a circled "Marlin Cowboy" logo. Excellent condition with one Marlin Magazine and no box. Serial #08692967. .45 ACP
