Browning Model 78 Rifle chambered for .45-70 Government. The 78 was basically a resurrection of the old Winchester High Wall. This elegant rifle has a high polish steel blue receiver that is drilled and tapped for scope mounting. It has a heavy octagon sporter contour barrel that is free floating. It has a lever operated single shot falling block action. It has a checkered walnut high gloss finished stock. .45-70 Government
