The rarest of the rare!... This is an incredible Pre War standard rifle in 219 Zipper caliber. Only a handful were ever made by special order and this one is in exceptional condition, especially considering its 82 years. S/N 39*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1941. 98% Blue and Varnish with no significant marks or cracks. Super clean inside. Perfect stampings, proof mark, ramp, stippling, etc. Undrilled rear bridge. The bore is excellent and the mechanical functions are all working properly and as smooth as silk, typical of the pre war 70s.
An amazing addition to any Model 70 collection, in a caliber that you may never see offered again.
