Wonderful Swiss Bern K31/43 Military sniper rifle with sight gradations 1-7 and the far more desirable 2.8 power scope, this example made in 1943. Matching barrel, receiver, bolt, and magazine. Combination brass/steel muzzle cap and military marked sling dated 1963. Synopsis: Excellent Swiss Bern K31/43 Military sniper rifle, 451716, I-1143 Condition: VG-EXC original blue with thinning and sharp edge wear as one might expect from a military rifle that has seen relatively light use. The stock has been lightly revarnished but does not appear to have been sanded. Slightly hazy optics as typical for the K31 sniper rifles but much clearer than the vast majority of these rifles. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. Excellent later-dated sling.
