Description:
Buttstock and forearm are European Walnut With satin finish. Buttstock has the original blued style steel buttplate. Wood to metal fit is excellent. Frame and hammer retail almost all of the case colors. The 21.5 inch half octagon barrel with blade front sight and ladder rear sight. The action is opened by a push button in the trigger guard. The 50 caliber barrel has three groves with one turn in 66 inches and the bore is bright and shinny. It uses the Top Hat Musket caps. The saddle ring and bar are on the left side of the action. The hinged action alows for a quick reload, even on horseback. This was made in 1992. It is a Black Powder arm so it is considered an Antique so no paperwork is required. MSRD new is $1495.00, if you can find one. The condition is 97+%
