Back strap is inscribed with ""O.F.G Hogg"". Hogg had an extensive military career from 1907-1946. He would fight in France from 1914-1915 where he would become Assistant Supervisor Ordnance Factories in 1917, Inspector in 1931. He would become Brigadier General for the War Office in 1939. 90% blue is remaining with scattered areas of discoloration visible. Bore is very good with strong rifling noted.
