Description:
Offered is a very nice Charles Daly 12 gauge O/U Shotgun. The gun is choked Skeet/Skeet with 26" fixed choke barrels and automatic seletive ejectors. These guns were manufactured by BC Miroku, from 1963 - 1972, and are identical in fit, finish and profile to the Browning Superposed Shotguns. BC Miroku manufactured all the parts for the Superposed Shotguns for the last years of the Browning production. When Browning ceased to produce the Superposed line, Miroku continued to make the guns under the Charles Daly name.
The gun is in excellent condition. The metal components are in like new condition with only a very small burnished area on the upper barrel at the bore end where it joins the receiver. The hand checkered walnut stock and forend have a very few small dents that do not penetrate the finish. Overall the gun would rate 90 -95% for the original finish. the bores are clean and bright with no corosion or pitting.
