Description:
Beautiful early Joseph Lang pair with proper case and accessories. These guns are lightweight game guns, both 12ga guns made with original checkered splinter forends, double triggers, auto ejectors and safeties. Both guns with original straight hand English stocks which are nicely point pattern checkered through the wrist and terminate with their original lined checkered butts. Guns are nicely scroll engraved on locks and action as seen in the photos. Housed in what appears to be their original case which has been recently reconditioned and is quite nice!
The guns remain in excellent condition. Barrels retain most of a period restored proper rust blue finish. Actions retain some light original case color. Stocks are sound and excellent and retain most of a proper period restored finish. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are crisp.
