REID MY "FRIEND KNUCKLE DUSTER", CAL. 22 LR, SER. 7515, MFG. 1898. A REAL PIECE OF HISTORY THAT CAME AND WENT. THIS WAS MADE IN A SMALL SHOP IN CATSKILL, NEW YORK. THIS 125 YEAR OLD LITTLE "GAMBLER'S HONEY" HAS RETAINED ONLY ABOUT 5-6% OF THE ORIGINAL SILVER PLATE. THE BRASS FRAME DOES SHOW AN EVEN PATINA WITHOUT ANY NICKS OR DINGS. THE CYLINDER HAS AND EVEN BLUE BLACK PATINA . THERE ARE NO RUST PATCHES ANYWHERE. THERE IS HOWEVER A LIGHT SURFACE SCRATCH ON IT. ALL PARTS MATCH INCUDING THE THE CYLINDER PIN. IT APPEARS TO COCK, INDEX AND DISCHARGE PROPERLY. THIS LITTLE "GAMBLER'S HONEY" WOULD MAKE A GREAT ADDITION TO ANY CURIO AND RELIC OR ODDITY COLLECTION. INVESTMENT PRICE....$1695.****
