Description:
This is a "USED" unfired, Winchester Model 12, 20 Gauge, Ducks Unlimited "Limited Edition" pump shotgun. The silver grey finish receiver paired with the deeply blued barrel and magazine and dark walnut stock looks fantastic. The right side of the receiver has an engraving of an English Setter on point. The left side has three drake mallards in flight. Both sides say Ducks Unlimited, and the trigger guard has a small engraving of the DU logo. It is unusual for a DU gun to have a pointing dog engraved on it. The stock grain is exceptional, the checkering is perfect, and the bore is pristine. It has a 2 ¾ inch chamber and a 26" barrel choked improved cylinder. The stock is the standard 14" as it came from the factory, and the gun is in Overall Excellent condition but does have signs of being handled. It holds 6 shells with the plug removed but is currently plugged for a total of 3 shells. One key feature about this shotgun is the pump takes down in half in seconds with no tools needed and no loose parts, and reassembles in seconds as well. For those of you that like to carry your guns in a short case, this gun when taken down is only about 26" long. Included with the gun is the original hang tag and a full length lockable plastic hard case with the gold Ducks Unlimited logo, the keys to the case in their original envelope, the factory booklet and instruction sheet addressed to the DU committee chairman and the DU event program. All will be tucked under the foam in the case for safe keeping. This is a highly collectable Limited Edition shotgun and could be yours today.
