Springfield Model of 1911 U.S. Army in .45 ACP. The M1911 is a single-action, recoil-operated, semi-automatic pistol. The Springfield Armory manufactured 27,855 Model 1911 pistols between December 1912 and April 1917. The pistol served as the standard-issue sidearm for the United States Armed Forces from 1911 to 1985. This pistol is in very good condition with very light finish wear. It comes with one magazine. It is marked United States Property. It was made in 1915. .45 ACP
