Description:
This stunning custom Mauser bolt action rifle was manufactured in June 1966 in Jenkinstow, PA by custom gun designer Paul Jaeger using the F.N. Supreme Mauser action with Jaeger adjustable trigger and Douglas Supreme barrel. It sports a jeweled bolt body with custom bolt handle and jeweled ejector spring, custom checkered pistol grip with ebony forend, steel pistol grip cap and a magnificently engraved floor plate with Germanic scrolls and a gold inlaid game scene of the American Pronghorn Antelope bordered in gold. The bluing retains over 98% of its original finish, the bore is brilliant bright and the action operates flawlessly. The beautiful oil finished custom stock is in fantastic condition with one impression on the left side under the bolt carrier, and a few minor ones toward the butt of the rifle (see pics). 7x57 Mauser
