Description:
Winchester model 1894 rifle in 38-55, 26" round barrel. Rifle is in good working order, bore is shiny with decent rifling. Blueing on receiver has turned mostly to a silver patina with brown toning in some areas and deeper blue in protected areas. Barrel still retains most of its original blue with some brown toning in areas. No pitting of metal present on barrel or receiver. Buttstock and forearm are solid, having no cracks but do have light scratches and handling marks from 100 years of use. Will serve well as a good hunting rifle.
