Description:
Beautiful Hoffman Arms Rifle made with 25-1/2" round barrel. Gun is beautifully stocked in floral carved checkering pattern with ebony cap. Buttstock with cheek piece, original sling swivels, and original leather covered pad. The floor plate is beautifully scroll engraved in triangular shape as seen in the photos. The stock carving on this gun is as nice as I have seen on any Custom American RIfle from the period.
The gun remains in excellent original condition. Barrel with about 80% original blue. Floor plate with about 90% original blue. Stocks are excellent with original finish and minor handling marks. Bore is bright and shiny. Mechanics are excellent.
