FINE CONDITION 1898 KRAG RIFLE WITH SHARP 1900 CARTOUCHE, #245XXX. Fine wood overall with crisp cartouche in the wrist and circle P proof behind the trigger guard. Wood shows light handling only. Good thinning barrel blue, correct fully adjustable rear sight. Mottled gray receiver. Fine action. The bore is a little dark with sharp rifling throughout. Correct original handguard and sling swivels. Comes with a sling that appears much newer than the rifle. These are getting hard to find, especially wth sharp cartouches that match the manufacture date of the rifle.
