This is a BEAUTIFUL Chapuis Carabine Double Express African P.H. double rifle chambered in 9.3x74r.
The barrels are 23 5/8 inches, 60cm, long with perfect bores.
The reciever is factory engraved case color with scroll, floral, features along the edges of the receiver, trigger, and forearm release.
The wood is beautiful, great color and detail with classic point checkering at the pistol grip and forearm (no cracks in the wood.)
It has a limbsaver recoil pad....14 and 15 inch length of pull to the double triggers with rubber finger rest installed on the rear of the trigger.
It has a Montecarlo style stock with pistol grip, engraved cap with hinge that opens for small storage...neutral cast with no palm swell.
It has independant ejectors, opens easily and closes nice and tight.
The scope rail is built into the top of the barrels with V-notch rear sight and brass bead front sight.
The 30mm scope rings are included in the NICE Tourbon, canvas fitted hard case along with test target, snap caps, sling and canvas belt with shell holders.
This was imported by Chadwicks LTD in Terrel Texas.
