Description:
This is a Weatherby Mark V Deluxe made in West Germany under 1st Mark V production contract with JP Sauer and Sons. The serial number dates it back to 1960 as the production year. It is chambered in 300 Weatherby Magnum caliber, has a 24” #1 contour barrel w/ 4 port mag na port recoil reduction process, professionally bedded into the Gorgeous AA fancy grade walnut stock w rosewood grip cap & fore end as well as fine cut skip line checkering. Features a drop floorplate to empty the up to 3 rounds in the magazine, nicely polished 9 lug bolt, super high luster blueing, and period correct Redfield rings and base. I have owned this rifle for apprx 15 years and only ever taken it to the range twice as I recall. It does have a very slick and smooth action which at the same time is very tightly fit (no wobble or end shake when cycling bolt), very crisp 3 # trigger pull, and shoots nice clover leaf one hole groups at 100 yds w/ 150 gr SP factory ammo. A wonderful rifle that will serve you well in the field while providing as an heirloom to hand down for generations or as part of a collection.

If your FFL insist on the transfer being handled only by FFL holder, you will need to add $40 to cover cost of my local FFL to transfer it from FFL to FFL (this is NOT required by law). I AM NOT AN FFL DEALER, BUT WILL PROVIDE CURRENT STATE ISSUED DRIVER’S LIC SO RECEIVING FFL CAN LOG IN GUN PROPERLY IN HIS BOOKS.
