A nice representative example of the Type 38 Japanese infantry rifle, complete with the original sling and also with the dust cover that is usually missing on these rifles. Rifle receiver has the intact mum which has not been ground off. Metal has original finish overall - wood has had finish added at some point. Complete with cleaning rod which is also usually missing.
