1929 Mfg. Winchester 55 TakeDown model wearing a 24 inch Nickel Steel barrel, Marble adjustable sights w/Brass bead on front sight, Walnut stock and steel checkered buttplate button mag. Beautiful Hand engraved on receiver, barrel, takedown lever, forend cap and tang. Finish turned to pleasing Silver patina on receiver and lever. Barrel retains 85-90% blued finish. Walnut stock shows some wear, forearm has one stable crack as shown in pics. Shiney bore with very strong rifling. Steel butt plate. This Winchester has some great looking character going on. Smooth action and rock solid Winchester patented take down joint. Ready for the woods or your wall.
