NSN, made in 1839 by A. Waters, .54 caliber, 8.5"" round proofed smoothbore barrel. Barrel and other iron parts are a light grey patina with pin-prick surface oxidation visible. Stock is very good with light handling wear noted, two handsome cartouches are visible left side. Action holds at half and full cock.
