Description:
Desirable in 222 is this fine Finnish Made rifle; known for exceptional accuracy. This gun is in good but not excellent conditon: there is some fading of blue on the barrel and some finish has been added but NOT refinished to the stock. It comes with an excellent Rochester NY made Bausch and Lomb 2.5 x 8 scope with their signature tapered ch and very clever Kuharsky Mount. These mounts were made in 2 distinct variations but are both quick release with the adjustment in the base and not internal on the scope. At a time when folks had less disposable income than today this allowed a man to use the same scope on 2 or more rifles without having to re sight...each would have to have a base but could in seconds switch from one to another...these are somewhat collectable today but also function perfectly and are not just an oddity .
