1978 Smith & Wesson model 41; 5 1/2" heavy barrel; last year of the original 41's; has cocking indicator; purchased from original owner in late eighty's; he was not a target shooter (shot a few beer cans); i test fired pistol (one mag); perfect functioning; trigger pull is crisp superb (2 lbs-factory set). properly stored many yrs. metal/grips are 100+%; condition. original box (mint); owner's manual, tool kit, 2 mags (with metal followers); have collected Smith's since the mid seventies; because of serious health issies not able to shot/hunt any more. searched for 2 yrs before i found this pistol; i buy only pristine/mint guns; 3 day inspection, satisfaction guaranteed; been selling guns for 35 yrs-no returns. AS STATED BLUEING IS 100%-ABSOLUTELY PERFECT-NO WEAR
MO's (checks take 5-10 days to clear my bank). (picture of left side-top of barrel- looks like scratch-is not; puppy hair). noticed pictures of right & left sides of pistol; NO imperfections; dust & eezox on frame/barrel which i did not see when taking pictures; ; stored in humidity controlled environment for many yrs. this is the last pistol from my Smith & Wesson collection.
