This listing is for my set of M1 Carbine tools. I had a nice collection of M1 Carbines several years ago and purchased this set of tools for working on them. The only other tool I used was a bolt disassembly tool which I am keeping in case I need to disassemble the bolt on the one carbine I still own.
Most of the tools were purchased from Matrix Precision Arms. All worked well and are in good condition. Included are: a) a front sight removal tool; b) a front sight installation tool; c) a front sight pin tool; d) a rear sight adjustment/removal/installation tool; e) a set of vice jaws to hold a carbine barrel while working on the carbine; f) a gas piston nut tool;, and g) a trigger sping tool. Items a, b, and d came from Matrix and are still available from them. Item c also came from Matrix, but appears to be unavailable from them or from other sources on the internet. I am not sure where I got the other three tools. I do not know if the vice blocks would be strong enogh for re-barreling a carbine, because I never used them for that.
