Description:
This is a US Military first aid kit dated 1944 manufacture by B.R. Co. The case is in good condition, some age soiling and light fading with some wear on the backside of one of the pouches that I believe held the red metal first aid packet which is in good condition with 75-80% of the original red paint. Also included is a 50ct bottle of Iodine tabs, an empty bottle inside a cardboard tube, two black round plastic empty containers, camouflaged dressing first aid and half a dozen Q-tip like swabs. Not clear which parts came from this kit and which parts were added. Interesting piece of history.
