*** REDUCED!!! Very Rare and Hard to find S&W 38/44 Outdoorsman Model of 1950 (Pre Model 23) Revolver. These is a 5 screw pre model 23 gun, in 38 special built on a larger 44 mag frame, thus the designation 38/44. Made in 1954-1955.
It features a 6.5" Pinned Barrel. Finish appears all original, it does have a few handling marks, but overall in very nice condition!
The original grips have a few dings on the bottom area (please see pictures). The revolver functions as it's supposed, with tight lock up!
If you are a S&W collector, you'll definitely appreciate this one!
