This is an impossible to find early box for S&W pre-model 29 black case, perfect for 4- and 5- screw revolvers in .44 magnum, made in the mid-late 1950s. It is all original and is in excellent condition. Made for a 6.5 inch barrel length. A small hole in the lining where the rear sight sits - most of these have it. Light wear on one of the side edges on the outside as per pictures. Hard to find box without the gun.
