Description:
This Winchester Model 70 XTR Sporter bolt action rifle was manufactured in the 1980s and with the exception of a few minor impressions or handling marks in the stock could pass as almost new. This fantastic condition rifle doesn't look to have been shot very much, if any, and is range ready featuring a mounted Simmons 6-10x44 wide angle scope, walnut stock with fine checkering on the wrist and forearm, original bluing which retains 99% of its finish, and a hinged floor plate. The bore is clean with crisp rifling, and the jeweled bolt mechanically locks solid, and the scope is clear with a crisp reticle. .270 Weatherby Magnum
