SOLD This Winchester was produced in 1925. The rifle's serial number is 3588. This rifle is a second year production gun. This gun has the 22 inch take down barrel chambered for the 25-20 W.C.F. cartridge. This Winchester is in new unused condition! It has the correct Lyman tang sight for this model. The rear sight has the correct flat top to work with a tang sight. The front sight has the Marble's interchangeable post sight. The action shows no sign of being fired. The bore is in minty condition. The original bluing would rate a 100% condition! The stock and forend retain all of the factory finish. The wood on this rifle is really very nice with a little figuring! This is one of the nicest condition Model 53 rifles that has come to the market in many years! This rifle will be a real show stopper in any collection!
