I have for sale a very nice Belgian Browning Medallion .458 Win Mag made in 1974.
I have checked it for salt with Custom Shop Inc. Silver Nitrate and it was negative.
It exhibits no sign of salt and being made in 1974 it is past the salt cure wood
The Blueing is deep blue, approaching the black spectrum that these Belgian made Browings possessed. I do not see any scratches or blemishes.
On the wood I only noticed 2 small safe dings and the lightest of some crazing that is really hard to notice. Its on the right side of the rear stock. I only see it when the light hits it at just the right angle, it is a very small area and barely noticeable.
This is a exceptionally clean rifle. It has hardly been shot it appears.
