Ruger Red Label 28 ga over & under shotgun. 50th Anniversary edition, 28 inch barrels and chokes.
Includes original Ruger (Briley OEM) .410 tubes in separate case as part of the 50th anniversary edition, with tools. Original box is included.
I purchased the gun from the owners estate in 2009, and used it primarily for skeet, sporting clays, quail and grouse hunting.
Gun is 98% and in very good condition. It has always been stored in a safe.
The Ruger 50th Anniversary seal is on the left side of the action and a flushing grouse is on the right side. Chokes include eight 28 gauge and five .410 gauge chokes. 2 3/4" chambers.
The wood is a beautiful dark tiger-stripped walnut that is original and in very good condition. There is an igsigificant scratch on the bottom of the stock. See pic #13..
The barrels are blued, there is a minor blemish on the right side of the bottom barrel. See pic #14
A spacer was added to the stock to increase the LOP. It can easily be returned to the original 14" without modifying the wood.
This is a beautiful gun in excellent condition and a great example of American craftsmanship.
A great addition to any shotgunners collection.
